Cancel a Reservation

You can cancel future reservations from your customer homepage.

Complete the following required steps and any optional steps, as necessary, to cancel a reservation:

1. On your customer homepage, click your username and click Reservations in the drop-down list.
2. In the Reservations section, navigate to the reservation you want to view and click Cancel.
3. On the Cancel Reservation page, verify the reservation information and click Proceed With Cancellation.
4. Click Save Changes to save the updates.
