Create an Account - Customers with Active Reservations
The active reservations you created in the previous reservation system are now active and available to view or modify in the new reservation system. Customers who had active reservations in the previous reservations system already have an account in the new reservations system. However, customers must create a username in the new system.
Note: Ensure you use the same email address to create your account in the previous reservations system.
- On the reservations homepage, click Login / Create Account.
- On the Login page, click Forgot your username or password?.
- On the next page, enter your email address and click Submit.
- In the Account Verification email, click the link to verify your account.
- On the Confirm Your Account page, enter the password you want to use to log in to your customer account and click Confirm Account.
An email is sent to the email address associated with your customer profile.
