Reset Your Password From the Customer Homepage

Complete the following required steps and any optional steps, as necessary, to change your password from the customer homepage:

  1. On the your customer homepage, select LOGIN / CREATE ACCOUNT.
  2. On the Login to Your Account page, enter your Username in the Username text box.
  3. On the Forgot your username or password? prompt, click Click here.
  4. On the Forgot Your Login Information? page, enter your username in the Username text box or enter your email in the Email text box and click Submit.
  5. Open the email that was sent to the address associated with the customer account and click the password reset link.
  6. On the Reset Your Password page, enter your username in the Username text box.
  7. Enter a new password in the Password text box.
  8. Enter the new password again in the Confirm Password text box.
  9. Click CHANGE MY PASSWORD.
