Reset Your Password From the Customer Homepage
Complete the following required steps and any optional steps, as necessary, to change your password from the customer homepage:
- On the your customer homepage, select LOGIN / CREATE ACCOUNT.
- On the Login to Your Account page, enter your Username in the Username text box.
- On the Forgot your username or password? prompt, click Click here.
- On the Forgot Your Login Information? page, enter your username in the Username text box or enter your email in the Email text box and click Submit.
- Open the email that was sent to the address associated with the customer account and click the password reset link.
- On the Reset Your Password page, enter your username in the Username text box.
- Enter a new password in the Password text box.
- Enter the new password again in the Confirm Password text box.
- Click CHANGE MY PASSWORD.
