Edit Your Customer Profile

After you log in to your account, you can review and edit your customer profile. The profile contains personal information, identifying characteristics, mailing preferences, and communication preferences.

Complete the following required steps and any optional steps, as necessary, to edit your customer profile:

  1. Log in to your customer account.
  2. On the Welcome Back page, verify your customer information, additional info, communication preferences, and residency is correct.
    Note: If necessary, click Edit Customer Information to make edits to your account.
  3. After reviewing the information, in the Confirm Customer Information section, click Yes.
