Search by Driver's License or State Identification Number

Complete the following required steps and any optional steps, as necessary, to search by Driver's License or State Identification Number:

1. On the login page, click Account Lookup.

2. On the Access or Create Your Account page, click Search by Driver's License / ID Number.
3. Select the Issuing State from the drop-down list.
4. Enter your Driver's License / ID Number.
5. Enter your Date of Birth.
6. Enter the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number.
7. Click Submit.
