Opt Out of Auto Renewal

On your customer homepage, you can opt out of renewing an auto renewal product.

Complete the following required steps and any optional steps, as necessary, to opt out of an auto renewal product:

1. On your customer homepage, in the Licenses section, click Purchase History.
2. On the Purchase History page, select or enter search criteria for the auto renewal product and click Search.
3. Navigate to the auto renewal product and click Opt Out of Auto Renewal. A confirmation dialog displays.
4. In the confirmation dialog, click OK to opt out of auto renewal.
5. Click Done to return to your customer homepage.
