Purchase a Product that Contains Digital Licenses, Tags, or Permits

Certain products give you the ability to download digital licenses, tags, and permits that can be saved to the device of your choice. If you are in an area with less than ideal cellular service, having digital versions of your licenses, tags, and permits may be useful. For example, if a park associate, ranger, game warden, or law enforcement official requests to see your licenses, you can easily show them the digital versions that have been saved to your device.

Complete the following required steps and any optional steps, as necessary, to purchase a product that contains digital licenses:

1. On your customer homepage, in the Licenses section, click Buy Licenses/Permits.

2. On the Product Catalog page, select the menu for the product you want to purchase.
3. In the Products section, select the product you want to purchase.
4. Select any options, as necessary, and click Add to Cart.
5. On the Shopping Cart page, verify the products you want to purchase are correct and click Checkout.
6. Select your payment method and complete the checkout process.
7. After completing the checkout process, complete one of the following steps to download and save the digital license, tag, or permit to your device:
   • On the Order Receipt page, click Receipt and License Documents to download the digital version of the product you purchased in PDF format.
   • In the Payment Receipt Confirmation message that was sent to the email address associated with your account, double-click on the PDF attached in the email to view the product you purchased in PDF format.
8. Save an image of the PDF to your device.
